Our Satisfaction Commitment
At Ghogxireajrax, we take pride in our work and want you to be completely satisfied with every repair and alteration. This policy outlines how we handle situations where adjustments or refunds may be necessary.
Quality Assurance
Before returning any garment, we carefully inspect our work to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, we understand that sometimes adjustments may be needed after you try on the repaired item.
Free Adjustments
If you are not satisfied with the fit or finish of your repaired garment, please bring it back within 14 days of pickup. We will make reasonable adjustments at no additional charge if:
- The repair does not match the agreed-upon specifications
- There are quality issues with our workmanship
- Minor fitting adjustments are needed
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of custom sewing and repair services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be considered when:
- The work cannot be corrected to meet the original specifications
- Damage occurred during the repair process due to our error
- The service was not completed as agreed
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds or free adjustments:
- Changes to the original repair request after work has begun
- Dissatisfaction due to inherent fabric limitations discussed prior to work
- Body changes occurring after the fitting
- Damage caused by the customer after pickup
- Requests made more than 14 days after pickup
Unclaimed Garments
Completed garments must be picked up within 30 days of the notification that they are ready. After 60 days, unclaimed items may be disposed of, and no refunds will be issued for uncollected garments.
How to Request an Adjustment or Refund
To discuss an adjustment or refund:
- Bring the garment back to our location
- Provide your receipt or order details
- Explain the issue so we can assess the work
- Our team will work with you to find a solution
Processing Time
Adjustment requests are typically completed within 2-5 business days. Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
